In this particular transaction, I shopped for both a vw GTI & the Mini Cooper Countryman S, I wanted either brand new or a lightly used new vehicle. I must say that this Flemington dealership is BY FAR the most outstanding place at which to do business even though it was approximately 80 miles from my home ! Every Used Car value resource available to me, ( Auto Traders, Cars.com, kbb, Consumer Reports, etc ) lists an EXCELLENT price for my vehicle being $350 MORE THEN I PAID !!! Nearly my entire transaction was done over the Internet so when I went to pick up the car, it was my first time meeting anyone there. I was pleasantly surprised that ALL OF THE FOLKS at this Flemington dealership had the very same calm, helpful, and genuinely thoughtful demeanor ! Normally one of my least favorite places, oddly I found myself very at ease while waiting for the paperwork to complete, regardless of who I chatted up ... I found that tranquility permeated throughout the environment : ) This was SUCH a welcome change for me, I had to write them up. Oh, and if this does not say enough, they sent me a tin of chocolate chip cookies a few weeks after the deal was done. Now THAT is a class act : D More

Going from the runaround of you need to be here to do anything, and having a long ride to get to this dealer, I was up front by stating in my first contact what I was looking for. I gave details around my trade, and a request for adding a lift kit to the Jeep prior to delivery. Not only was I able to work with Craig Thompson over the phone to get 85% of the pieces to the puzzle in place before ever stepping foot in the dealer's showroom, but Craig was genuinely excited about working with me. The staff was friendly, understanding, and accomidating. Both Craig and Medhat (Aziz) were great to work with. I would highly reccomend this dealer to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle. They have brands other than what I purchased for new vehicles as well. More
