I found a traded-in Cadillac SRX online that was waiting at Flemington Dodge. It was a Sunday, so I sent an email, which was returned within a few hours (and they are closed on Sundays!). Not only was it ready and waiting in the side lot when I got there, but Eddie took me right out to see it and I was driving within minutes. We chatted easily and then he answered every question I had about the car. He never tried to give me the hard sell, just the information I asked for. The purchasing process went as smoothly as it possibly could, and when I came in a few days later to pick up the vehicle, Eddie sat in the car with me and went over every feature and button in the car--he'd spent the day reading up on the manual so he could help me out!
