I called Flemington Dodge after having had a bad experience at the dealership I usually go to. I explained why I was calling, and expressed my frustration with the issues I had elsewhere trying to experience at the dealership I usually go to. I was put in touch with Sales Specialist Lou Avitabile, and knew immediately that I had called the right place. I told Lou what I was looking for and basically how much I wanted to spend. Within minutes he was showing me my options, and a short time later I chose my new car. I was pleasantly surprised how easy & stress-free it was to trade in my vehicle and make a new purchase at Flemington Dodge. I would definitely recommend using this dealership, and especially recommend speaking to Sales Specialist Lou Avitabile. More

I found a traded-in Cadillac SRX online that was waiting at Flemington Dodge. It was a Sunday, so I sent an email, which was returned within a few hours (and they are closed on Sundays!). Not only was it ready and waiting in the side lot when I got there, but Eddie took me right out to see it and I was driving within minutes. We chatted easily and then he answered every question I had about the car. He never tried to give me the hard sell, just the information I asked for. The purchasing process went as smoothly as it possibly could, and when I came in a few days later to pick up the vehicle, Eddie sat in the car with me and went over every feature and button in the car--he'd spent the day reading up on the manual so he could help me out! I can't say enough good things about my experience with Flemington Dodge and Eddie Gonzalez.
