This was a very pleasant experience. When I first called I spoke to Scott in internet sales. He was very helpful and prompt to give me the information I needed. He was with another customer at the time however he politely let me know he would be right with me an allowed me to look at the car that I was interested in while I was waiting. Soon enough he was finished with his other customer and we took the car for a test drive. He was very knowledgeable about the specs on the car and knew how important it was for me to have a smooth ride. He had me go down a bumpy road and the highway to show me how it would ride on different road surfaces. We got back and started filling out the papers. We worked out a price that fit my budget. Just had to wait to hear back from the finance department until the next day. Craig called me the next morning and let me know everything was approved and I could pick up the car in a few days. The day I came in to get the car it was very busy and I was running late due to Friday night traffic. He was busy with another customer and let me know he would be right with me. Great experience would highly recommend this dealership to my family and friends. More
