Service manager, Aron, listened to my concerns and came up with a solution to the problem. I was given a next-day appointment and the problem was fixed in record time. After getting no help from Chrysler up with a solution to the problem. I was given a next-day appointment and the problem was fixed in record time. Brought care in for oil change and tire rotation. Also asked to diagnose check engine light which was on. Charged for full diagnostic and repair to NOX sensor replacement. Invoice indicated ro Also asked to diagnose check engine light which was on. Charged for full diagnostic and repair to NOX sensor replacement. Invoice indicated road test was performed and all was well. Did not even exit parking lot when check engine light was back on. Immediately returned to service. Response was immediate and technician indicated that it was not "reset". Drove home (less than 5 miles) with no indication. Next time using vehicle check engine light reappeared. Returned to service and response was again immediate. A separate diagnosis was performed and indicated a separate issue. Service rep indicated that age of vehicle and mileage of vehicle was the issue. Service manager made some concessions on second repair. I have always serviced each of my vehicles routinely at this department and not had an issue. I am a bit disappointed and do not believe the vehicle was "road tested" as indicated in the first instance. More
