I had some serious issues with my 2014 dodge ram. The animals had gotten into it and destroyed much of the wire. I had my Dodge ram towed to the Flemington facility. After successfully diagnosing all of the damage and providing me with costs, we went forward with fixing many things on the ram they want to work on fixing the problem as well as performing the hundred thousand mile service. The only real issue showed up on the main sensor board that was no longer available from GM, Russell, Keith Smith the service manager put his people on finding a non-GMC part this whole situation took over four weeks. I’m fixing my truck throughout all of this time. Russell was great and helping to keep me informed of the status of my vehicle. overall it turned out to be a great experience in dealing with this service group. I would recommend them to others. The wait time was unexpectedly too long due to miscommunication of my service request (due to new person not being adequately trained). My car was there being fixed for a month and I continued to have to call about it because no one was calling me with any updates. When I got it back it had front end damage which Russ insinuated my parents to have to call about it because no one was calling me with any updates. I have been a customer there for 15+ years and my parents for almost 20 years and you’ve lost both of us as customers over this! My car still has scratches on the black plastic around the wheel well they just didn’t fix, but I will not bring it back. More
Had our car for 6 weeks. Part issues, didn’t fix correctly first time, staffing issues, they did give a free oil change so they at least realized they needed to do something.
