Part of my review is the dealership's fault and the other is Dodge's fault. I'll start by saying there is a faulty sunroof design which leaks into the headliner of my truck leaving a large water stain. After is Dodge's fault. I'll start by saying there is a faulty sunroof design which leaks into the headliner of my truck leaving a large water stain. After paying well over $3000 for the extended warranty Dodge claims they don't cover this....strike one. I had the dealership rotate the tires. Any person driving a truck knows the front tire pressure is 20 pounds lighter than the rear tires. I would assume that mechanics would know this as well. They rotated my tires without adjusting the tire pressures leaving me with 80 pounds in the front and 60 pounds in the back. I have a steel plate in my back and cannot bend down but was forced to do this. they offered to do it if I brought the vehicle back. Who has time to make a one hour round trip, not including the time it would take, when this should have been done to begin with. It's like having your oil changed and they forgot to put the oil in. I will say the staff is friendly but that didn't help my problem. Hence the reason for my review. More

Service dept is the best around. I drive over an hour and have never had an issue. This past Tuesday they squeezed me in to replace my broken fob. They noticed a small leak in my rad I drive over an hour and have never had an issue. This past Tuesday they squeezed me in to replace my broken fob. They noticed a small leak in my radiator, had one in stock and offered me a loaner so I wouldn't have to wait 5 hours. Unfortunately on my way home after picking up my car I got a front flat tire. A machine bolt was imbedded. I cannot prove it came from your garage but that was the last place my car was before I picked it up. I don't need a new tire. It was plugged but please remind your mechanics not to drop any machine parts on the floor. More
