I brought my 2018 Pacifica in for after warranty service on a non functioning door lock. I came in at 1pm and was on the road by 3pm. Yes it was a two hour wait but replacing a door lock can take up to 4 ho on a non functioning door lock. I came in at 1pm and was on the road by 3pm. Yes it was a two hour wait but replacing a door lock can take up to 4 hours if you don't have a pro. I looked into doing the repair myself and I knew it would have taken me 6 hours or more. Who knows what I might have done wrong. Special Note: Be kind to your service staff and they will react in kind. Treat people like you want to be treated! More

I have used the service department since purchasing my vehicle and it was always top notch. Unfortunately, the quality of service has changed in the last year or so. I attribute the decline in quality ser vehicle and it was always top notch. Unfortunately, the quality of service has changed in the last year or so. I attribute the decline in quality service to the new Service Manager. He comes across as dismissive and condescending. He is the polar opposite of the former Service Manager who understood customer service and always went above and beyond to make sure you were happy. He was outstanding to work with. Most of the service writers are the same and are nice enough to deal with but there are a few new ones. One of the new ones who waited on me seemed overwhelmed and definitely lacked, what I consider, basic car knowledge. It wasn’t a great experience dealing with him. it also seems like there has been some turnover in mechanics and I wasn’t impressed at all with the one that worked on my vehicle. In fact, I believe he made something up to explain one of my issues (which btw wasn’t fixed) because he didn’t know the answer. It was something that could easily have been looked into with techs at Mopar but he chose not to go the extra mile. All in all my last few visits were disappointing and my issues weren’t resolved. I’d look elsewhere to get your car serviced. More
