I have now purchased my last Chrysler product. I have bought 5 New Chryslers in 12 years but was treated very badly by both Flemington Chrysler Service and Chrysler/Mopar corporations! I had my car towed bought 5 New Chryslers in 12 years but was treated very badly by both Flemington Chrysler Service and Chrysler/Mopar corporations! I had my car towed away from Flemington Chrysler Service Dept. as I could no longer wait on Chrysler to make a decision to honor my Lifetime Max Warranty which I paid $2900.00 for! They did not even look into what I told them the check engine light code was P0480 Cooling Fan Relay which IS electrical and the warranty states "All Electrical" The vehicle would have been better off catching fire and paid out a total loss. The engine would not turn off and therefore began to overheat and create black and brown smoke. So an electrical chain reaction took place and the Fire Chief on-scene decided to have the patrol cut the power leads from the battery. Chrysler service said the mfg. would not cover without even checking with them first because the cables were cut. And then said they could not retrieve any codes because the cable was cut therefore not trusting me in telling them what the initial root cause of the problem was. My service writer showed very little mechanical ability and just read off what the tech said not even willing to duplicate the problem for me which HE said was actually the problem which I did not believer as I know the whole proposed repair was falsified to satisfied a warranty claim at 1/4 the price of a new harness! I am done and done with Flemington to the point at which if my other two Chryslers remaining need parts I will go to Fullerton in Somerville or another dealer I mean "Stealer" for parts! In a last ditch effort to show some good I asked the dealer to move a vehicle to facilitate the flatbed truck in better to tow my vehicle and was told no and the flatbed still could not fit in the spot anyway.
