Our customer service representative James was extremely professional, patient and attentive to the complicated overheating issue which my car had. In addition to that my car needed new front brakes and rot professional, patient and attentive to the complicated overheating issue which my car had. In addition to that my car needed new front brakes and rotors, and other imperative service maintenance. My car did require a lot of work but it is running quite well now! I trust Jared to help me keep my vehicle on the road safely. Derek, my service advisor, is very professional, keeping me up to date on all service matters. His background as a technician is an asset when answering questions. I do have one request. The physically hardest position in this dealership is the service technician. Why is the service garage NOT AIR CONDITIONED? I feel they need it the most. More
Bring your vehicle to another dealer if you want to be treated with respect and get the service or repair completed successfully on the first attempt without pushback. I am not faulting the technician as sometimes things aren't perfect, it happens. It's ok that things might not be perfect but it's a problem when they are getting paid to do a job and speak to people with an attitude, do not respect other peoples time and when there is a service issue after they completed the work, its as if they can do no wrong. I don't need this from anyone andI will spend my hard earned money elsewhere. I prefer to buy and service my vehicle at the same place. I hope the owners of the dealership pay attention to these types of problems as I am not going to be purchasing future vehicles or servicing my vehicles at this dealership anymore. Please keep in mind, there are many good people there but a few bad apples ruin the bunch and I could see how their attitude can rub off on others. I would have preferred to stay with the dealership but I will drive the extra 15 minutes to take my vehicle for service. More
