Service is always fine but I’ve had two incidents of damage to my truck. At my most recent service one of my rims was damaged during tire rotation and balancing. the run was in perfect condition prior t damage to my truck. The service that was performed and my Jeep seemed fine; however, when I drove away from the dealership to go home, I notice a ticking sound from my tires. I pulled over and saw a pebble in one of the tires however, when I drove away from the dealership to go home, I notice a ticking sound from my tires. I pulled over and saw a pebble in one of the tires. I removed it and started driving, the ticking noise was still there, but I thought it was another pebble, it wasn"t, it was a screw. The tire could not be repaired, I had to replace it. I have no proof that it is a result of my service visit, but I thought it should be brought to your attention. I did notice debris around the oil tank behind the service department. Please insure the facility will be checked and cleaned regularly especially during these trying times. An overall good experience. This was my second service visit to this dealership. I had one recall item and the keyless entry failed on my van.
