My 2018 Ram 3500 service experience After 3 failed service attempts, at a different dealership (not Flemington Chrysler), to repair an oil leak on my brand new truck (not purchased from After 3 failed service attempts, at a different dealership (not Flemington Chrysler), to repair an oil leak on my brand new truck (not purchased from them either) - I took it to Flemington Chrysler in hopes they would be able to fix it. I should have brought it to them the first time because they were able repair the oil leak on the first try. They were very friendly and kept me informed throughout the process. I will certainly be back in the future, if needed. More
I purchased a new vehicle a month ago and the sales manager Mr John Freudenberger was very accommodating and went out of his way to personally contact the service dept to rectify my service issue. Doing right by the customer After a misunderstanding with a service order, the GM, Mike Sarullo, went out of his way to make it right. Basic tire rotation on wheels purchased there. Purchased a set of tires for my 2018 Pacifica and got a really good deal! Took them in for a free rotation and the service was quick and done well. Of course the next day I ran over something and got a leak but an appointment was made quickly and the tire was patched and rebalanced. Good Job !! Also note I carry a puncture repair kit which for me was easier then putting on the spair. The only issue I had is the waiting room alway has the home repair show on. Prefer News (New Jersey) or Bloomburg. But that is me. More

You would think they would use floor mats, steering wheel covers, etc to be sure they dont leave the car dirty and to give the customer piece of mind. They also do not take before pics, like a lot of dealers do. I like this dealer (I bought my car here). My review is in hopes they improve on the things I've mentioned. More
Rude salesman, extreme overpricing & wait time on car repair My out of state nephew's car broke down, it was an emergency situation and after calling ahead and was told we could bring it to them, we had it towed My out of state nephew's car broke down, it was an emergency situation and after calling ahead and was told we could bring it to them, we had it towed to Flemington JEEP. We had been given an estimate to repair it, and it was very high, so Instead of repairing we were considering trading in on another car. The salesman Lou Avitabile made it clear by his comments that he was not interested in working with us, in fact he made a snide remark to his fellow salesman even before he said hello to us. After reviewing his website he told us he didn't have any car available for us, and after checking with his service people he said they did not want it as a trade in. But the way he spoke and his attitude was insulting and demeaning. The service people got the car on Wed late afternoon and it took them till 4:00 Sat to complete the repairs. After getting home, my nephew checked with his garage repair people who looked up the cost of the repair parts and labor and he was told that Flemington JEEP way overcharged us. They said it should have cost us between $2500 and $2800. Jeep Flemington charged us over $4200. And that it should not have taken more than a day and a half for the repair. I do live locally, and with this kind of service I will never buy a car from them or recommend them to anyone. More
