The big reason is that this is the only dealer around that can service the new Promaster vans. We had some issues from the beginning and dealing with George in service has been a pleasure. Between working with FCA and the dealer, we were able to get a few teething issues corrected when the van was new. From then on I have returned for maintenance and other services. The dealer is more than willing to work with you to get it resolved. Having been in the business during the 80's and 90's I had a clear understanding of how a dealership should be run and Flemington Ram hits all those things to make this dealer a good place to go for sales and service. No pressure and a good outcome! More

I never had any problems with them - they were always nice and did the necessary oil changes, tire rotation, etc. as needed. Soon after I purchased my 2015 Jeep Cherokee I noticed issues with my transmission (rough transition into gears, would stall, etc.). I brought this up multiple times throughout the years and they did updates on the vehicle. None of this helped. I went about 2 months ago - made an appointment for them to have it at least overnight and made sure that I had a loaner scheduled. When I got the to the dealership I was told that the only way that they could keep my jeep was if I could replicate the issue with the serviceman in the vehicle with me. This issue did not occur every time that it was driven; there was not a pattern (weather) or a way to tell if it was going to occur. After driving around for about 5 minutes, it was obvious that I was wasting the serviceman's time, so I returned to the dealership and he told me that they could see if there were updates available. He did a quick one and I was out soon after. The problem continued and I called them to schedule an appointment. The woman that I spoke with insisted that she could not get me in sooner than 2 weeks from that date. I assured her that it was a genuine safety issue (my car had gotten stuck in an intersection because it stalled) - she still did not help. I just wanted a loaner, not my jeep looked - I assured her that I would be completely ok with them keeping it as long as needed, I just did not want to drive it. I got a call back a bit later and she actually moved my appointment 2 days later than what I was scheduled for (so 2 weeks, 2 days). My jeep still had 60k miles until it was out of warranty, and she still could not help me. I brought my jeep to another dealership, who was also booked for a week or so, but was able to push things around to get me a loaner until they looked at the vehicle. This other dealership treated me better than the one that I purchased it from. They actually looked at my jeep the following day (when I dropped it off) and I got it back within a week. I had a good experience with purchased (through George), and would consider purchasing through them again, but I will no longer do service with them. More
Sales: Fine. Service: Abysmal My family members and I have bought our past 6 or 7 vehicles from this dealership, including my 2012 Jeep Wrangler. For the first several years, I would use their Express Service for regular oil changes/tire rotations (no appointment needed). For the past year, however, that so-called Express Service has resulted in my being turned away, with not enough mechanics on hand; they now require appointments. Today, calling with a car repair issue, I was told that the first available appointment would be two weeks away. I'm done. Clearly, they do not employ enough mechanics. A long-time, regular customer should not have to wait two weeks to have a disturbing noise diagnosed (oh, I'm supposed to drive around and hope that nothing terrible happens while I wait for an appointment?). I will find another auto shop that will actually provide service when needed. More

They showed me what the problem was and they needed to order some of the parts, some were in stock. George and Trish made sure I had transportation to get back the next day to pick up my repaired vehicle. As always I was given top notch service at fair prices. I have been a satisfied customer for ten years and counting. More

I ca Overall, this repair evolution was a disaster! From the day the car was towed to the dealership to the day I was able to retrieve it was 30 days. I can't say how much time the vehicle sat in their parking lot, but the diagnosis alone took over 5 days and the parts ordering another 2-3. During the diagnosis portion of the repair evolution, the service manager advised me to actually come to the dealership, pick up the vehicle, fill the gas tank, run the engine till it was half full, refill the tank and bring it back to them. Is this the level of their technical capabilities? The reason for the vehicle being towed 40 miles to the dealership was because there was a major cylinder issue. they actually wanted me to run the car for up to 200 miles to make all of this happen. the vehicle then sat and waited for another 2 weeks. MOPAR who has knowledge of the failure of this type of engine as well as putting out an internal service bulletin and an extended warrantee for the repair, advises me that this particular issue is not guaranteed according to the VIN. Overall, the cost of the repair was $2,000 and a loss of a month during the summer. My points of contact are listed and have in some ways facilitated the movement of the service, however, the service system and MOPAR failed. Because of this and the fact that the quality of the product is questionable, I can not recommend a Chrysler/ MOPAR product. The fact that a vehicle power train can fail at 94K miles is UNSAT. Since Neither Chrysler or MOPAR offered any assistance in whole or in part, I will advise those in my demographic to consider other options and offer my experience to substantiate my claim. More
