Purchased 2022 Jeep Gladiator in Feb 2023 which was in the shop for over 2 weeks with sensor issues etc. Finally resolved (fingers crossed). June 11,2024 I had to take Jeep back for corrosion spot on ho the shop for over 2 weeks with sensor issues etc. Finally resolved (fingers crossed). June 11,2024 I had to take Jeep back for corrosion spot on hood. My Jeep sat Ciocca Jeeps lot for 2 weeks before taken to their auto body shop. I kept getting a runaround with the service guy Eddie (whom they say fired). Finally picked Gladiator up on July 3,2024. Spoke w the auto body shop that morning to verify it was done and I could pick up. Chrysler Jeep Care was notified again during this issue and they never checked in with the dealership for follow up!! Jeep Care doesn’t Care! I now have had the Jeep for 17 months with 8500 miles on it and do not know what is next? Prior to finally taking Jeep back to Ciocca where purchased, I received estimates from closer dealerships Fred Beans PA n Doylestwon , both of which had me drive their , gave me estimate and then days later told me since I hadn’t purchased from their dealership, they wouldn’t help me! This was my 2 nd Jeep and my last!!! Chrysler FCA has yet to call me or compensate me . More

Customer service at its worst in the service department since being bought out by Ciocca. I scheduled my appointment for 2 recalls and oil change 2 months in advance only to arrive and wait 30 minutes and since being bought out by Ciocca. I scheduled my appointment for 2 recalls and oil change 2 months in advance only to arrive and wait 30 minutes and be told no loaners are available. I live 45 miles away and drove 45 minutes for nothing. The service Dept has gotten so bad ever since Ciocca took over 2 years ago. Not the same dealership like it used to be. The service Dept is so disorganized. They’re just interested in upselling you extra services to run up the bill. So much for being a loyal customer to a dealership that’s just interested in scheduling appointments and not being able to keep them. More
