totally professional George Stydocker and his team took care of me like I was family, they did 6 re-calls in 4 hours. After three Dealerships. I have had a high pitch noise coming from my Jeep. One dealership states it the fuel pump, and it nomal. What is also nice is that, if a loner is needed, they give you a good car, not a junk car, as my last dealership ( car was dirty. Nav did not work, shocks were bad). But what this dealership so far so good. More

I only brought it back one time for the check engine light. I have a regular mechanic (repair shop) on Staten Island that keeps my Dodge Dakota in great working condition. I had a few bad experiences with a dealership on Staten Island which I will not acknowledge due to their bad reviews from other customers, and will never deal with them ever. I brought my Dodge Dakota to Flemington last week to have my airbag serviced (RECALL). George Stydocker was very professional in his capacity. The receptionist was very helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend this dealership highly and will always bring my Dodge Dakota to have it serviced when needed. More

Great as usual The fact that I have been using Flemington Chrysler now for over 25 years says it all. The service this time was a warranty issue. It was my luck that the van I purchased in 2009 has a lifetime powertrain warranty. The transmission was repaired at no cost to me and I was given a loaner while the repairs were being made. A big plus. It is great to go to a service station where you are know by name and not just another number. More

I was extremely disappointed with my experience Having had excellent experiences at the Flemington Car and Trick County VW service department, I expected the same from the Chrysler , Jeep service Having had excellent experiences at the Flemington Car and Trick County VW service department, I expected the same from the Chrysler , Jeep service department. I was extremely disappointed with my experience for the following reasons: When the car was dropped off for an 8:30 appointment ( March 18th)for two recalls and an auto-mastic window ,channel and regulator repair /replacement, I was not asked if I need transportation. Despite making the appointment 4 days in advance and several reminders that my appointment was at 8:30, we were not contacted until 12:43 and then only to tell us that there would be a diagnostic charge . The next call was at 3:42 to inform us that car would not be available until next week. I picked up the car on Tuesday on the 22nd, When I was presented with a bill and NO explanation of the repairs and recalls . I was NOT told that one of the recalls involved the replacement of the ignition and that I would have to turn off the motor by using a new procedure. The car was not bought up to the shop , instead I was sent out to the back lot where I had to jockey it to back out of an extremely tight spot I was shocked to find that the car had not been washed,, which has been the norm with the all the dealership that I and my friends have used. I guess the shabby waiting room should have given me a clue that the service was not going to live up to the serviced that I have received for other Flemington County Dealers over the years. Not only will I not use or recommend the Jeep service department, I am changing my mind about buying another Grand Cherokee. As of this date neither my email or phone calls have been returned More
