Rapid Urgent Service WHile traveling across the country, our Jeep suddenly went into "limp mode." We found the dealer via GPS. When we called them they said they would do WHile traveling across the country, our Jeep suddenly went into "limp mode." We found the dealer via GPS. When we called them they said they would do the best they could but being late Saturday afternoon they could make no promises. When we finally got to the dealer service center, the immediately began working on the car. They found a Service Notification covering what we had described and rapidly downloaded new software that apparently cured the problem. George was very friendly, kept us informed and got us on our way within an hour and a half. George and his crew saved our visit to New York CIty for which we are very grateful. We are not from the area but we would tell any local resident about the quality of service and will pass on to our Colorado friends the story of how George and company saved our vacation. Excellent Service and Follow-up Our 2008 Jeep Liberty was serviced for a water leak from roof into trunk. After we received Jeep back after service it was still leaking. I received a call from Chris Moscaritolo who said to bring vehicle back in and they would correct issue. George Stydocker handled the service advisor responsibility and, as always, provided exceptional customer service and attention to the problem. They did not charge to fix leak once diagnosed as same problem. This responsible response and correct attitude towards customer is one of the reasons we continue to use this dealership for all our Jeep service and purchases. More
