My service this time went extremely well! A loaner was available and I was allowed to keep longer than expected when the part for driver's seat needed to be re-ordered. I came in for a known problem with my jeeps window. The best they could do for me was offer a repair at a price well above what a private garage could do. I scheduled and was all ready to pay for an ~$350 service to address a precarious situation with my vehicle. Rather than just taking my money, as I had no other inquiries when I came in, Rob and the mechani to address a precarious situation with my vehicle. Rather than just taking my money, as I had no other inquiries when I came in, Rob and the mechanic gave me a lot of feedback and asked a lot of questions to really diagnose my concerns. Turns out, they helped me bring this issue up to Chrysler. I will update after following through with Chrysler and after the hurricane... Other positive note: 1 - Service department doors and consultants were already opened and ready at 7. Update - Work done. I applaud the service department for their commitment to customer care and honest communication. They are all stars in my book! More
