I had my car keys stolen from me and need new keys. I called Ken Brittain, the employee that sold me my car, and told him what happend. Ken, went right to work for me to get my new keys. Thanks to Ken and Tyler Small, I had my keys with in a few hours. I know that it was not an easy task for everyone because my car was parked in my garage and it is an all wheel drive vechical. So the dummy key had to be made before it could even be moved out the the garage. Everyone worked hard and worked latter then they had to. To make sure that I had my car, car keys and that it was properly running before the end of the day. So with warm heart filled wishes I wolud like to thank Ken for going above and beyond his dutties as a sales person. He stood behind his customer when he could of just pushed a button and put me through to the servive department. I would like to also thank Tyler Small, and another employee named Jessie an auto tech. Tyler got Jessie to stay a little latter then his shift to complet the job, I work very long days and when it is time for me to go home I want to go home and be with my family. Tyler and Jessie stayed past their shift just to help me. I would like to thank the both of them. Also with warm heart filled wishes. With employees that go above and beyond for their customers that is what makes a company keep their existing customers and those customers tell friends and relatives, to make Beasley Ford #1 for me. Ken did a great job and I thank him for his professionalism, and appreciated his hard work ethic. My wife was involved in a car crash where her 2011 Ford Fusion which we purchased from Beasley professionalism, and appreciated his hard work ethic. Unfortunately, I was in training for the entire week following the crash and the time I had to shop for a car was very limited. I explained this to Ken and we got to work, I think I visited Beasley Ford three times, once to shop for a new Fusion, and the other two to sigh paper work and I bet if I added up the total time I had to spend on Beasley property it would be well under two hours total time! William Seiler did a very nice job preping the paper work for Ken, I had just gotten out of class the day that I picked up the car, and once again very tight on time but it was not problem because Ken had the car shined up looking good and William had the paper work ready to go. I traveled to this dealer from Baltimore City, MD to look at a used F250 that was not inspected on their lot that looked like it was in very good condition. I was not only impressed by the overall condition of this vehicle, but the ease of doing business with this dealership that looks brand new. The employees are professional, yet very down to earth and friendly. I would say if you're hesitant to buy out of state then don't be. They make the process streamlined so you don't have to even visit an MVA. Just being in PA makes me wanna move there. The air is cleaner and the people are friendlier. What about the truck you ask? It required less work to get on the road then they had estimated. Another satisfied customer. Thanks guys and gals. More
