After an exhausting five plus week search for a newer, bigger vehicle for my family of five, I found the 2005 Dodge Grand Caravan online through a dealer search. I emailed and received a response back from Kristine Erdman much faster than I ever could have anticipated. She was constantly in contact and we set up a time to come look at the vehicle. We were greeted by John, and I got to meet Kristine and thanked her for her help. John was awesome from the very start. I stated my max price point immediately before I even considered looking at the van. The look on John's face was priceless! We checked it out and took it for a spin. I was sold. He got me the price I wanted and I literally tossed an envelope with a thousand in cash on the table and said "deal". We just picked this vehicle up today, clean and sparkling. My daughter, who is 5, was absolutely mesmerized by the fact that she can watch her favorite shows while we drive in the van! Wow Wow Wubbzy, ALL THE WAY HOME FROM YORK TO HANOVER!!! (ugh). But in the end, that is really what it's all about. She's happy, mom's happy, ok, so dad might not be that happy parting with the cash...who cares???? John was absolutely awesome. Mr Brittain was a great person to meet and I'm glad to have had him as my salesman. I feel that he was more of a friend then someone out to make commission. I was nervous about going because my credit was not good. I had gone to another dealership right before going there they were nice also but couldn't get me in a car loan. The sales manager Gary also helped me with my car insurance. John was so nice going over all the things with the car he didn't try to push me into something I didn't want. Present car was experiencing mechanical issues leaving no alternative but to get out of present car and into a new one.
