In this case I was buying a truck with my son for his college graduation, and help him establish credit while making sure he wasn't taken advantage of as this was his first big purchase experience. My salesman Owen Ferrell was kind, courteous, helpful and very knowledgeable about the cars and trucks he sells, down to the smallest technical details. He listened to my needs and concerns, and made several insightful comments that helped me make the correct decisions regarding options and purchasing the proper truck model. It was a pleasure being treated as a valued customer and respected as a person, quite a difference from the salespeople I have normally encountered. During our test drive he also provided many important facts about the truck's performance and options I hadn't known, even after researching the truck in detail and having visited several other Ford dealers. The sales managers, Dusty Bender and David Estep, went above and beyond my expectations to give me the best deal on my F-150 Supercrew FX4 truck, which was confirmed by the fact I had received pricing quotes from many Ford dealers within a wide 2 state area. They were straightforward, honest, and made extra efforts to ensure I was receiving the best deal possible for the truck I was interested in. Corey McClain was the business manager I dealt with to work out all the details, and he was very helpful and efficient in moving the paperwork through the system. He double checked to make sure all the little details were taken care of, and he was a pleasure to deal with regarding the one or two extra services I requested as part of the sale. Best of all, at no time did I feel pressured by any of the staff to make a decision I wasn't comfortable with or accept a deal or option I didn't want. All the salesman I talked with at Beasley Ford are helpful, and honestly want you to be happy with your decision by putting you in the car best suited for you and your needs. They never push you to buy the most expensive vehicle/options they could sell, and I later learned that the sales staff is not paid based on the price of the car, and because of that they can be honest and help you make the best decisions for your situation. I really enjoyed the relaxed, friendly, helpful environment that the dealership encourages, as it contributed to a very pleasurable car/truck shopping experience. I came away with a fantastic deal on my truck, and I can honestly say for the first time I actually enjoyed having to purchase a new or used vehicle, and for that I must thank all the staff at Beasley Ford. I highly recommend this dealer to anyone who wants a friendly, no-hassle experience while getting the best deal on a new or used car, and many thanks to everyone for all you did for me. More

He was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable and most importantly it didn't feel like he was pushing you into buying anything. The first car he showed us was exactly what needed (2007 Mercury Milan) and after a test drive we bought it on the spot. We ended up saving thousands over what a similar cars would have cost on other lots. 2 weeks later we had a little fender bender on the new car (of course), nothing serious all cosmetic damage. We remembered Beasley had a body shop of premise and so we called Joe. For the next week, even though he wasn't getting anything extra for it , he was our personal liaison. He kept us constantly up to date and made sure we had a loaner from the lot until it was done. We love Joe! More

We shopped around for a car at local dealerships. We were not really happy with what we were finding. They either didn't have what we were looking for or they were over priced and would not negotiate. We s not really happy with what we were finding. The price was $2000.00 below any dealership near us for the same vehicle we had been searching for. I called to inquire about the vehicle and was lucky enough to get to talk to Joe. He was able to answer all of my questions and was dedicated enough to physically walk out and confirm the car was on the lot and still available. He had me sold before I ever saw the car in person. He placed the car on hold for me so that it would not be sold before I could get there. We made the two hour drive to their lot and in abut an hour and a half we left with our new vehicle. I will refer any of my friends and family to Joe when they are ready to purchase their next car. More

Buying a car through David and Beasley Ford was the best car experience I have ever had. What I found most impressive was that David was able to place me in a car I never would have anticipated enjoying. As a 32 year old father of one, my mind was always set on a specific model that I assumed would be what I wanted. David recognized my needs based on my previous car (Acura 3.2 TL) and suggested a Mercury Sable. Initially I scoffed at the Sable, but I am thrilled I listened to his expertise and gave it a shot. I am more than happy with my car purchase and plan on visiting with David in a few years when it's time to pickup another used vehicle.
