First time car buyer. Mark was extremely knowledgable about all the features of the Honda Civic. Even helped me sync my cell phone to the car! The vehicle we were looking to replace was a 1997 that we had bought new and has 194,000+ miles. We obviously do not buy new cars that often. Partly because I'm cheap and partly because buying a car for me i had bought new and has 194,000+ miles. We obviously do not buy new cars that often. Partly because I'm cheap and partly because buying a car for me is like going to the dentist.That being said Phillip Young at Ciocca made us feel very comfortable throughout the entire process. He spent a great deal of time with us and was extremely knowledgeable and polite. We spent so much time at the Dealership, that by the time we left with our new car, the dealership was already closed for the day. In all the excitement we had forgot about the second key for the car. About half way home ( Home being about 90 miles away ) when we realized it, we called Phillip and he promised to send the key to us in the mail and a few days later it arrived. We can't say enough about Phillip and how personable he is and would recommend to anyone who reads this if you are looking for a new automobile and want to deal with fine man, give Phillip a call, you will not be disappointed. More

My experience involved a purchase/trade for a business automobile (Honda Odyssey) that required me to seek three competitive bids on behalf of my board of directors. Mark's bid was the winning one by a favorable cost margin, yet perhaps the biggest selling point was his integrity and helpfulness. He is an expert on the Honda product and exhibits a sense of pride for his colleagues at Ciocca Honda. These positive factors only made my decision to deal with Mark and the team at Ciocca that much easier. More

Phil was friendly and helpful, answering all of my questions and providing accurate details regarding the car model I was looking to purchase. The actual buying process, i.e., credit approval/loan process took longer than we were planning. Other than that, the experience was good and I will recommend Ciocca to others. More
I have bought two used Civics from Ciocca Honda, working both times with salesperson Phil Young, and I and have found him to be friendly and understanding of our needs. He found cars in our price range, and worked hard to give me all the information I needed about their maintenance records, upkeep, etc. so I could make an informed decision. The price was lower for comparable cars than at other dealers I researched, and the whole team at Ciocca was friendly and helpful throughout the process. I've been servicing two cars at Ciocca for several years, and am impressed by their service department as well. They never recommend anything that doesn't need to be done, and their prices seem very reasonable to me. I can't imagine working with any other dealer. More
We traded in our vehicle for a new-to-us Honda Pilot. The staff at Ciocca were friendly and helpful. They were very accomodating and worked around our schedule. Definitely two thumbs up for this dealership and the people that I worked with. This deal was completed nearly entirely online, and Stephanie was very attentive to emails, working out pricing and deliv people that I worked with. Once the price and other details were settled, Mr. Young delivered the car to my home and we completed paperwork there. While all of this was pretty impressive, the *best* part of the deal was the amazing front-to-back, top-to-bottom orientation to my new car. He covered each feature of the car in amazing detail and answered several questions with clear expertise in the product. I have purchased many cars, but have never received this amount of orientation to a new car. The more he told me, the more I liked my new ride :-) The loss of one star for "quality of work" was due to two small errors, neither particularly serious, and NOT at all related to Mr. Young or Ms. Yamasaki. Ciocca Honda has promised to ship missing accessories to my home, so no harm done. An excellent, five-star experience all the way. More
