I bought a European preowned model last week from this Dealer(Ciocca Honda) and my sales person (Caleb Gwinn) was very professional and handled all of my request. Caleb's support was great ...My vehicle was not a Honda and I deeded to get back to New Jersey (about 130 miles away) from Ciocca and he was able to input the directions in the navigation system for my trip home. And without those direction I would have been lost on strange roads at night. And thanks to both Caleb Gwinn and the Finance Manager Paarth Kadakia. More

Absolutely worst experience- my husband and I thought we “purchased” a Honda passport and were told the car would be ready for pick up the following Monday- as it was coming in from another dealer. We waite “purchased” a Honda passport and were told the car would be ready for pick up the following Monday- as it was coming in from another dealer. We waited all morning and called multiple times to verify what time we could pick up the car. Finally after two hours we received a call back that they SOLD our car- the one we put a deposit on and were promised it would be ready on Monday. Not sure how that even happens?!? Then we were told that a deposit only means they have 10 days to locate a car? We are now buying from another Honda dealer and would not recommend Ciocca- total waste of time!!! More
