I absolutely hate car shoppiing!! But Ciocca made the experience not only tolerable but almost fun. Our salesperson Andi Heiserman was friendly, understanding and very open. It's a shame I can't give a negative 5 star review. I Purchased a used car from Ciocca Honda Harrisburg back in May. We are now in July still no registration and title. I found out there is still a lean on the vehicle and the vehicle sat on their lot almost two months before I bought it. I called a number of times explaining the issue and they pushed the blame on Penn Dot which it wasn't Penn Dot it was Ciocca. I was told numerous times that I would get a call back from the dealership and of course they wouldn't return my phone calls. I had to call Ciocca corporate to get the paperwork straighten out. I bought two cars from here buying the car was great but after the sale they don't care about the customer and there is no communication when you have a problem. So I can say this was the last vehicle I will ever purchase from here I will go to another Honda dealership when I want to buy another Honda Accord. Again friendly people to buy a car but if you have any problem with the car you bought forget it they don't seem to care about a customer after the sale. More
