Matthew Butler, my sales consultant, was extremely kind, patient, helpful and very informative regarding my purchase. He gave me and my daughter a tour of the entire facility and introduced us to the sales manager and service manager all of which were very polite and friendly. The deciding factor which made me purchase the car was Matthew; he was so kind helpful. Being a little older and trying to adjust to the modern world of electronics, Matthew went over everything and make sure I felt comfortable before leaving. More than we expected!! We had a fantastic experience at Ciocca Honda. We came there with no thoughts of buying a vehicle and just looking at one we saw online. Coz met us at the door and checked to see if it was available. It was and we were stunned with the quality of customer service and the friendliness of everyone. It was great how the process kept moving and there was no waiting around even during negotiation. The condition of the vehicle was more than we expected as well. Coz was such a great salesman and not the typical kind. No pressure and was very understanding and made you feel relaxed unlike other salesman we've dealt with in the past. We would definitely recommend Ciocca Honda to anyone, as well as Coz. We will definitely be back!! Thank you !!! More
Service Department Not So Great On 8/2/2018 at 4:51 PM I called to check on the status of my repair - I was told that the "tech" would call back. The tech never called me. It would h On 8/2/2018 at 4:51 PM I called to check on the status of my repair - I was told that the "tech" would call back. The tech never called me. It would have been nice is this person at least told me the department closed at 5:00 PM. Two hours later around 6:50 PM I called back and was told that the "Service Department" had left at 5:00 PM (recall notice says they close at 8:00 PM) and I would need to call back the next day in the morning - as I was talking to the sales department now. I told them I needed my car and need to talk to someone in charge. I spoke to a sales manager, who agreed to called the general manager (after I threatened to call the police for stealing my car) about the whereabouts of my car, the status of the repairs, why 6 hours today wasn't enough to fix it, and why no one called me back per my previous call at 4:51 PM. It is 7:34 PM and I am not going to hold my breath on receiving a phone call anytime soon. What a joke. You have had my car 30 hours for an 11:00 AM appointment for two routine recall repairs and now it will most likely be 48 hours before I get my car back. At NO point has anyone given me any phone call back or even told me if the car was repaired. What a joke. Is that the type of service you stand behind? More

Unfortunately, when sitting with the Ciocca Finance Department, the entire process went sideways as I was highly pressured into purchasing an extended warranty. Without any forewarning, they expected an immediate decision on a $200+ month program. When I rejected the offer, they lowered the price twice within a five minute period. They took the fun out of buying a car. I shared my experience with Matt (who was not involved with the finance process) and he did share my experience with the general manager. More
Ciocca made something out of nothing for me! I have leased and/or bought my last 3 vehicles from Ciocca Honda. There was one time where I had little to nothing to put down/give and the team a I have leased and/or bought my last 3 vehicles from Ciocca Honda. There was one time where I had little to nothing to put down/give and the team at Ciocca STILL found a way for me to have a BRAND new vehicle and it was affordable for me. They worked really hard. I moved to Philadelphia and will continue to travel to Ciocca Honda in Harrisburg to purchase or lease my vehicle. I just recently leased a brand new Honda Accord. The service was and always has been excellent. I didn't feel pressured or forced to purchase a vehicle. All of the team member were helpful and knowledgeable. The lease program is AWESOME and every car I have purchased or leased from them I have LOVED. Again, wherever I am, if I am close to a Ciocca dealership that is where I will get my vehicle. Since I am a Honda fan I will be going to Ciocca Honda! :) More
