My husband and I purchased a VW Tiguan from this dealership in late February. The entire transaction was conducted online and over the phone, with the intention of minimizing our time at the dealers dealership in late February. We relied on the dealership's assurances regarding the vehicle's condition. However, within a month of ownership, the vehicle required new tires, during which we discovered a bent rim. Furthermore, despite the vehicle primarily being driven by my husband, a joint trip revealed that the heating system was only functional on the driver's side, with the passenger side emitting cold air. This issue, along with a significant oil consumption problem, now requires attention. The presence of substantial white smoke suggests either a faulty oil pan/plug or a head gasket issue. Our experience with this dealership has been highly unsatisfactory. For a purchase price of $9,000, we expected a vehicle free of such immediate and significant defects. We do not recommend this dealership, as their primary focus appeared to be on securing a sale rather than ensuring vehicle quality. We suspect that the vehicle was not thoroughly inspected prior to sale, given the various items found in the glove compartment and spare tire well, including a sharp object that caused injury to my husband. We question if this experience is attributable to the vehicle being used rather than new, or perhaps due to the remote nature of our purchase. We believe the service department personnel and sales manager should be held accountable for these oversights. Additionally, we had to replace a non-functional fog light bulb, an issue that seemingly went unnoticed by the dealership. More
My wife and I recently purchased a Honda Ridgeline from Ciocca and I can not say enough good positive things about the experience. Our client advisor (sales person) was Maya and she was absolutely outstan Ciocca and I can not say enough good positive things about the experience. Our client advisor (sales person) was Maya and she was absolutely outstanding, not pushy as she was much more interested in us getting what we wanted, even if it hadn’t been their vehicle. She was very knowledgeable and is a great representative of the brand! We also worked with Levon the sales manager who was - again - outstanding. I know how the Honda name has a great reputation and I can say for sure that both Maya and Levon perfectly represent that brand. We have purchased many cars over the years and my wife said on the way home after our purchase “that was the best experience we have ever had at a dealership!” I think that just about sums it up. More

Made an appointment to get 4 new tires put on. The service guy wanted to get the miles off the car and then is apparently a nosy xxxxxxx so he scrolls through the maintenance screen on my car so h The service guy wanted to get the miles off the car and then is apparently a nosy xxxxxxx so he scrolls through the maintenance screen on my car so he can try to sell useless services like brake flushes etc. took them nearly 3 hours to put 4 new tires on the car. They will never see my Accord again. More
Maya was great keep in contact with me as i was trying to do everything online and by phone. So all I had to do was drive to the dealership and pick up the used car. Now my problem is that its already going do everything online and by phone. So all I had to do was drive to the dealership and pick up the used car. Now my problem is that its already going to need new tires as there isnt much life left of the ones on it. I feel like if I am spend 9,000 that it should have had new tires or atleast better tires then what was on it. More
