Apple Honda and Tom Smith are synonymous for excellence I was not considering a new Honda until I received a letter from Tom Smith. The timing was right. My 2005 CR-V was in good condition and I wanted to I was not considering a new Honda until I received a letter from Tom Smith. The timing was right. My 2005 CR-V was in good condition and I wanted to make a trip to see family in VT. That car has taken me many miles to visit family in New England, winter and summer. I needed to go for a check-up and decided to meet with Tom to discuss my options. Tom is a good listener. He did not push me into anything I did not need or could not afford. Any concerns (and I had a lot) were addressed by him. Tom is honest with his answers and goes that extra mile to make a person feel good about the total experience. I love my new Honda CR-V EX....named her Stella. Stella and I will be traveling to VT in a few weeks. I may run into snow, sleet, fog as I have on other trips, but my CR-V always made me feel in control of the conditions. I truly feel my upcoming trip will not only be exciting because of having a new car, but also because of the terrific way the car handles. Of course it handles well...it's a Honda!
