Your employees were not willing to work with me and hold up their end of the deal. Yes I should of had it in writing before I even went down the third time to buy the car, but I trusted the salesman's authority to represent Apple. It is too bad the word doesn't count with Apple. Once I was there they didn't care what they had told me.
