Pleasant experience I had my car (2011 Accord coupe) in for service - annual PA inspection; oil change; airbag replacement (re-call); transmission fluid exchange. This was the second time I dealt with my service adviser (Rick Mitchell) - he was as helpful and friendly as the first time I dealt with him ~1 yr. ago. Due to the amount of items to be completed, the service was to take 2-1/2 to 3 hours; the dealership provided shuttle service to and from my home while the car was being worked on so I didn't have to burn that time idly sitting in the lobby (both drivers were courteous and efficient) - a very welcome perk!! Based on the my experiences dealing with the Apple service department since purchasing my Honda 7+ years ago, I don't have the same reservations about getting my car serviced like I used to when dealing with my previous dealership. More

Abe and our technician bent over backwards to accommodate our last-minute schedule change; with out this, we wouldn't have been able to get the car repaired while our daughter was home from college. In addition, I want to commend the excellent trouble-shooting performed by our technician. Using his knowledge, he was able to pinpoint our problem quickly, avoiding hours of labor. This saved us a lot of money over what we were expecting for this repair. Thank you! More
