He was working with multiple customers at once, but remained calm and collected the whole day. He paid attention to the little things like making sure I had water and keeping me updated on the process. He brought me tissues when I got emotional and was patient when I was being indecisive. Not once did I feel like I was being pressured into making a rash decision. At the end of the day, I felt great about the decision I made, much thanks to the salesman I worked with! More
