I explained that I didn't have an appointment, and she said that she would get someone to look at my tires right away. She came back inside to let me know that she took my car to be looked at and someone would be with me shortly. Before I knew it, a nice young man explained to me that my rear passenger tire had a small leak. If I had the time to wait, they could repair it right now and it would be done at no charge since I got the tires there. I was very happy to wait and to get my tire fixed for free. I had a great experience and everyone was so very friendly!! More
