Issue resolved When I went to Apple Honda to explain my concerns about my Civic, I was impressed with the way the issue was handled. I explained that I had had it i When I went to Apple Honda to explain my concerns about my Civic, I was impressed with the way the issue was handled. I explained that I had had it in before regarding this issue, but because the technicians could not recreate the problem, they could not diagnose it. The problem continued to get worse and when I went back months later, I was definitely taken seriously and was given a plan on how to proceed. Matt went for a drive with me and immediately felt what I had been experiencing. After a very short period of time, they were able to diagnose the problem - a faulty EGR valve. The part was ordered immediately and installed in my car. My car is now behaving normally again. Before it was fixed, I had begun to feel unsure about it's reliability. Now I know that its dependability has been restored. I am grateful that Mike Brenneman took the time to really listen to me and take care of my problem is a timely manner. More
