New car purchase My first new car purchase was very pleasant and easy. Bill was very nice, patient, and helpful from start to finish. Bill and Gino worked their magic to get me approved for my loan in my payment range. On the other hand, during the final financing phase, i was uncomfortable with how that was handled. I was politely but nevertheless pressured into a payment over and beyond what i was comfortable with as well as the speed i had to make my decision . I understand about the selling of the extras, and i also understand the need. But i just wish i would have had more time to decide and explained what i was signing more thoroughly before i did the signing. I would have signed the gap but not sure i really needed the extended warranty on the brand new car. But i wasn't offered just the gap. I could have gotten the gap in my car insurance aftermore research after the fact. Although I do love my new car, i am also disappointed in it being so basic of a car at such a very high price. But i sum that up to my inexperience in a new car purchase and my need for a new car. Finally again, i do love my new car and would recommend Bill and the dealership to others. More
