Service departmant experience I had brought in my 2016 Honda Accord in after 4:00 pm without an appointment due to smelling off and on burning oil or burning rubber smell recently I had brought in my 2016 Honda Accord in after 4:00 pm without an appointment due to smelling off and on burning oil or burning rubber smell recently. Vince Geppi who works in service was so nice and concerned and right away had Zach the technician look at my car. Vince said Zach checked had thoroughly checked my car and could find nothing wrong. Vince was again made sure I knew if there were any problems again to bring the car in again and one of the technicians would check my car again. About three weeks later, I again was still smelling burning oil, so I again brought in my Honda Accord to be checked again. Again, I did not have an appointment and Vince right away had one of the most experienced technicians Lynn check my car. Lynn determined that it was leaking oil. Vince than ordered the parts and said he would call me to set a appointment when the parts came in.Vince contacted me and set up service appointment. On November the 10th 20017, Lynn replaced valve cover gasket, since it was leaking at the front. Very satisfied with Vince and the service I received. More
Battery Replacement I did not have an appointment on Saturday morning. The previous evening my car would not start.
