Having gone from dealer to dealer, it was refreshing to meet Mr. Applebury - quick with a joke, most pleasant and no preasure kind of a guy. I'd recommend him 100% and I'd consider him for my next purchase. The finance guys on the other hand are like any other finance people - they try to get the best deal for themselves and the dealer as possible. On a scale of 1 to 10 I'd rate them 4. Besides the interest rate from my excellent credit they didn't give us anything of significant value compared to the other Honda dealership we visited. The customer service at dealership level I don't recommend it - they even offer free oil change - you have to beg for it More

I originally set up my appointment for an oil change and tire rotation on line which was pretty easy to do on the Honda app. When I got there, the pr I originally set up my appointment for an oil change and tire rotation on line which was pretty easy to do on the Honda app. When I got there, the process to check in was very smooth and easy. I was sitting in the very comfortable waiting room when the service man came over to let me know that my vehicle inspection was due this month too. I was very pleased that he told me and extra pleased that they could do the inspection right then and there which saved me from figuring out when I could come back. So yes, very happy with the great service. More
