Quick and to the point I was working with another dealership and wasn’t getting anywhere. One phone to Chris and all that changed. Bought a used car with cash Things started out fine, but by the end took a dive. John took me for a ride in the car, everything was fine. Things went smoothly at first, i asked to take the car to garage to check it out. John didn't object and did what was needed for me to take the car. Things went south on my return when I began to negotiate on the price of the vehicle. John's professionalism slowly withered and died as the process went on. He seemed to have an attitude, almost as if he was annoyed that I had the audacity to not pay the sticker price. He didn't even shake my hand at the end of the sale! Which is quite unprofessional in my opinion. The only reason the sale went through is the sales manager. William was great through every step. He remained professional even as I countered his offer. He seemed to care about the outcome. More
