He was attentive without being at all pushy and kept just the right amount of communication open (for me) during the process of ordering my new Civic. The other members of the staff were also very professional, friendly and accomodating. I was ordering a car with a fairly uncommon combination of trim package, transmission type and body color, so I didn't attempt to haggle the price (not something I prefer to do anyway), but the dealship still gave me a discount on the sticker price and the warranty package(s) I ended up purchasing. (And yes, I know that's not a huge deal, but it was nice that they did it without me asking) More
