Dreadful service experience - there is NO option lower than a single star. I would rate the "service technician" that I worked with at a minus if it were possible. Long story but bottom line is the "ser than a single star. I would rate the "service technician" that I worked with at a minus if it were possible. Long story but bottom line is the "service technician" refused to investigate the possible damages and relied upon the error codes which were caused by external influences and NOT a need to replace components which would have totaled to about 10K. "Technician" claimed that there was no evidence of the external influences when there was clearly enough evidence to have totaled the vehicle from the day it was brought in. Instead, it was an ongoing endeavor to squeeze as much money from the insurance company AND myself as humanly possible. When I attempted to express my concerns and theories, this kid talked right over me and wasn't raised to shut up and listen. His interactions with my insurance company were, at best, quite dubious. I wouldn't have a lawn mower serviced by this crew. I can't speak to the sales department, but someone allowed or instructed this kid to behave as he did. More

Dean was my salesman and he was great. He worked to meet my needs and he understood what I wanted. Although Dean was good, the overall experience was not. I left dissatisfied with with the experience but because I wanted the vehicle I ended up calling them back and asking for something that I thought would work for me which in the end it did. It was just so disappointing to me that I had to be the one to ask the question when I’m actuality it should have come from them knowing what my needs were and what I wanted. I’m glad I got the car but I can’t help but wonder if my experience would have been better if I had gone somewhere else More
