Made Things Right The web site advertises the tires I bought for $195.50 installed, buy 3 get one free. The credit for the free tire is up to $150. They charged me 199. The web site advertises the tires I bought for $195.50 installed, buy 3 get one free. The credit for the free tire is up to $150. They charged me 199.99 for installation and 3 tires at $207.32 for a total of $821.95, not including disposal or tax. Should have been $633.80, which would be $195.50 times 4 minus the $150. I called and they said the extra was for installation. I guess "installed" doesn't mean installation included. Updated March 3rd, 2016 I'd like to update my review to say that the service manager got in contact with me after hearing my complaint and made things right. Apparently there was a mistake with pricing on the website and he sent me a refund for the difference. Great recovery on their part and I look forward to continuing my business with them. That's what you call good customer service. More
