Unprofessional Did not receive a call back from dealership. I was very upfront with credit challenges coming into the door. Understood the deal would be difficult. It would have helped with a call back, good or bad news. I called several time and went directly into voicemail. When I do get through " I will call you back by noon" It was like dealing with " hustlers" opposed to sales professional. Very disappointed in the professionalism of both gentlemen . I guess I'm just old school when all a man had was his word and integrity. I have visited other Apple dealerships since and had a very pleasant experience. More
