We recently purchased a new 2012 Nissan Altima from Apple Nissan in York, PA. Historically, buying a car has been one of our least favorite activities. But we decided to try the local Apple Nissan dealersh Nissan in York, PA. Historically, buying a car has been one of our least favorite activities. But we decided to try the local Apple Nissan dealership, as we really liked the look of the Altima. We saw the advertisements on TV about the end of summer deals, so we decided to visit on a Sunday, so that we could get a feel for what car options they had without any sales pressure. We visited a few other dealerships on Sunday and felt that the Altima was definitely the vehicle we wanted. We went back the following day and spoke with Pete Silar and Danny Chronister. They were extremely friendly, accomodating and did not pressure us at all. We quickly found ourselves test driving the Altima. It did not take us long to realize that was definitely the car we were looking for. We went back to the dealership and looked at numbers. We knew where we had to be to make the deal work for us, and while we stuck to our game plan, they made it happen for us. It was late Monday evening when we were all in agreement. They offered to get the car cleaned up for us to take immediately, but we decided it would be better, for all involved, if we came back the following night to finish the paperwork and pick up the car. Weeks later, we continue to be thrilled with our Altima,and are amazed with the wonderful aspects of this car. We most definitely plan to visit them again for future car needs. More
Apple Nissan was the fourth dealership I was going to look for a car. From the three previous ones I learnt that not only I would not be able to get a new car with my budget but it would even be hard to look for a car. From the three previous ones I learnt that not only I would not be able to get a new car with my budget but it would even be hard to get a 2007 or 2008 model. I couldn't believe that I would be able to buy a new car with my budget in the Apple Nissan, but I did. The major reason I learnt after I had the new car key in my hand was the value Apple Nissan had for customers. The conversation of the employee who approached to me first was an open end conversation, proving to me that his goal was a win-win goal and he would do anything in his capacity to help me to get my desired car if not to leave Apple Nisan without any disappointment. He helped me to get the car I loved and needed. I was surprised more when the general manager came to make just before signing the contract in order to make sure that I was satisfied enough to enter the deal. After signing the contract, another manager came to me and thanked me for purchasing a car from them. I really said to myself "I wish all businesses could value customers similar to what employees do in the Apple Nissan in York/PA." More
Great experience. We enjoyed John's attitude, professionalism, enthusiasm. My husband bought a new MV, I bought a new Altima, very happy from start to finish. To start Andre from Internet sales made an appointment with me and stated via email how important is is keeping appointments. I got there 10 minutes early and Andre was gone. The other salesmen were just standing around playing with their phones. Finally someone came over but had no idea why were there. We were then passed on to Doug. Doug was no help. Didn't even tell us about options or the rebates. I was getting ready to leave when Danny came over and expressed what a great deal he could get us. Practically the same cost of the 2011 I saw on the Internet. He got my interest. He then had Doug get keys and let us take the truck for a test drive. FINALLY. So off we went. Doug or sales guy got a call on his cell. He had it on speaker phone. It was a call from a collection agency. We heard the whole lying conversation about how he did not have a job. No money and no wife. Very awkward and unprofessional. We then came back in to the desk to see what kind of numbers they could work up on our trade. Our Nissian was in being serviced. We waited by ourselves for quit a while and had to leave. I walked up to Danny telling him I was leaving my car and he can call me in the morning with the numbers. I was ready to buy. By the end of the following day I hadn't heard anything back so I emailed him. He said Doug was supposed to get back with me. He asked me 3 times to bring my car in so he can value it. I told him 3 times it was already there.We talked back and forth but I was not happy with the offer on my Nissian. After all Danny was the one who said they hold their value. We got a final offer of $10,500. I owed 13,500. I decided not to buy. When I got home I had a promotional letter from Danny saying" I have some interested in your car and can get you $15,820.00 what a crock ! I emailed him and attached a copy of the letter. He said that wasn't his idea it was the GM. And no they would not honor that price. We went on vacation to Va and bought our truck from Drivers world. What a difference. Exceptional service. The truck was on display waiting for us. We got full value on our trade and extended warranty. From our salesman Reggie to Chris the finance guy they were so curtious and professional. I would travel from Pa to Va to do business there. Apple should be reported to the BBB. More
The absolute WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Danny was unfriendly, pushy, and deceptive with his sales tactics. I ended up using Lancaster Nissan and had excellent service!!!! I will NEVER EVER use apple nissan! More
I believe Martin was the man who waited on me at the counter. Anyway, I was very pleased by the friendly and fast assistance with my problem. I was planning to buy tires at a local tire dealer and reali counter. Anyway, I was very pleased by the friendly and fast assistance with my problem. I was planning to buy tires at a local tire dealer and realized i didnt have the wrench for the locking lug nuts on my pathfinder. Martin very quickly removed the old nuts and had a new set put on. I was also provided with the necessary wrench for future work. I was on my way very quickly and very pleased. I use this dealer ship at least 1-2 times a year and I am always very satisfied with the service. Thanks to this dealership for your quality and speed!!! More

I did not feel pressured to buy anything and the team worked very, very hard not only to get me the price I wanted to pay for my new Rogue, but of. Well, after an initial overall negative experience I am pleased to say that things have improved.
