We had an excellent experience at Ciocca Subaru and with Ben in particular. Ben was very friendly and informative and answered all of our questions. Absolutely fantastic! I had a good idea of what I wanted and after a quick conversation, Will had the right car for me. I didn’t even have to look at anything else. 1. The person who inspected my car said I needed new wipers when they were replaced 12/27/25 - less than 4 months ago. After I objected, they "re-examined" and said it was plant debris but wipers were wipers when they were replaced 12/27/25 - less than 4 months ago. After I objected, they "re-examined" and said it was plant debris but wipers were otherwise fine. 2. After I had 2 new tires installed last summer, the TPMS system no longer worked ... I called Ciocca and was told I could go in on Saturday to wait for service. I could not waste one of my 2 days off waiting to fix something that I should not need to fix so I said forget it. When I went to Ciocca this time, they said the problem was the batteries that coincidentally failed at the same time I had the new tires installed. The customer service rep did agree to reduce the charge to replace the sensors but I never should have been charged in the first place. Later, I remembered that I found a part of the sensor in my driveway shortly after the TPMS system failed. I did show it to the service person stating that I knew the sensor was damaged and that they took advantage of an older single female client. 3. I also had 2 tires replaced this time and now the ride is VERY noisy - wonder what they screwed up this time?! I will never return to Ciocca and I will never buy another Subaru! More
