Sales Consultant Kenneth DelRosario was knowledgeable in detail and patient throughout the process. Avery Stone, Deliver Specialist, provided expert detail on feature functions. Ayorinde Sonubi in finance was thorough and helpful for that part of the process. The facility is well designed, comfortable and immaculate. It's a different kind of dealership, in a good way, than one with a large outdoor lot. We traveled from central N.J. to test drive the vehicle we wanted. Kenneth had the car ready. Before going on the test drive, we had a good discussion with him about what interested us in the car, so that during a thorough test drive he pointed out several points of operations and functions we wouldn't have thought of but were important to us. Buying at this Philadelphia location for a car to be registered in N.J. was not an issue at all, licensing and registration and assisting with our insurance provider were all covered. We own a 2010 Outback, and had not bought a car since then, we've been looking for a few months, read up and prepared before arriving, but were not sure what to expect.
