Since that time, my family and I have purchased 4 additional cars from Apple Subaru. We have always experienced a professional, caring attitude from the sales, service and parts departments at this dealership. A couple of situations come to mind where personnel at Apple Subaru went well beyond my expectations to help us with a minor crisis. I recently purchased a 2016 Forester and found the experience to be stress free and pleasant. The sales professional that assisted me, Duane Casseday, was juggling myself and another customer at the same time and managed to give personal service to each of us. His support team (finance, vehicle prep, etc.) jumped in at the appropriate times and made the whole process run smoothly. Kudos to a modern auto dealership that still displays the old-fashioned customer service values that I thought had disappeared. More
