The mechanics did a great job and Nina Lutz - my Service Advisor - took great care of me. She gave me a loaner car each time I came in and was always friendly , explained everything in detail, asked if I had questions, looked for ways to save me some money on the expensive repairs, and overall made me feel like a valued customer. I still have a few more items to take care of with them and i'm genuinely looking forward to going back. We also got a great deal on an 09 Subaru Forester from Tom Kerns at Apple Subaru. Amazing Experience! Best Ever!! We really dread going to buy a new car. We could probably write some nail biting true stories about how our Subaru Outback has literally saved our lives several times. There is nothing like the AWD, but I digress. We had the good fortune of meeting Spencer Brubaker when we first walked into the Apple Subaru dealership. I don't know that we have ever met a more forthright no "sales speak" representative. Spencer was extremely non-high-sales and super knowledgeable about everything Subaru. I especially liked that he utilized texting to communicate answers to us most quickly. He followed up with phone calls as well. When we finally decided upon a 2017 Impreza with Eyesight features, we then had a really great experience with the sales manager, Brian Miller. He very personally and professionally backed up Spencer to make certain everything went smoothly. Kurt Miller, the finance expert, was also patient and awesome. He went above and beyond (just as Spencer and Brian did) to get the best rate and terms that we could have. I don't know how you could go wrong working with this trio. The dealership worked a deal out for us that we were happy with in a very small time frame, we arrived about 2 hours before closing. We were very pleased with their honesty, friendliness, and speed at which they processed everything. Nate even stayed extra to show us some things about the vehicle we just purchased. We cannot say enough positive comments about our experience the other day. We have now bought two Subaru's from this dealership. More
