I was literally at the dealership for an oil change. Not I’m sorry…not anything. And then they are supposedly topping off your fluids, but on my drive home, my windshield wiper fluid light came on. this place is a joke !! More

Your service person Jolan May was very rude dealing with our fleet card from Garda world. He didn't want to deal with it when he was having trouble getting the card to process. He should not be in a custome our fleet card from Garda world. He didn't want to deal with it when he was having trouble getting the card to process. He should not be in a customer service position. I will never buy a vehicle from your dealership after dealing with him. My manager also had issues with him and had a talk with the manager of Ciocca Toyota. He should not be representing your dealership I'm sure he has talked to your other customers the same way. More
