It took 2 visits to actually get my car in for service. I called on a Friday and was told I could stop in the next day and my car would get taken back to have an air leak in one of my tires fixed. I even asked if I needed an appointment and the girl said no. When I got there, they told me it would be a two hour wait. Very frustrated as I said if it would be too long I’d make an appointment instead but was told no it wouldn’t be long at all. Ended up calling the next week and made an appointment to have it fixed finally. More
