The salesman we worked with was pleasant and seemed eager to help us with finalizing the purchase of the vehicle we were interested in. However, he was very inexperienced in helping us evaluate a lease versu to help us with finalizing the purchase of the vehicle we were interested in. However, he was very inexperienced in helping us evaluate a lease versus purchase option. It became very frustrating as he went back and forth with others to work out the details. At one point, we were ready to walk out because we could not get the final summary of the cost to purchase the vehicle. There were issues with a military discount which initially we were told we could get but then could not and there were issues related to the value of the trade-in we were including in the agreement. In the end we came to an agreement but the process was long and frustrating. I am not sure we would recommend Ciocca to others based on our experience. Once we had an agreement and were able to get in with Finance things went fairly smoothly. More
