I was Ralphina’s first sale, but never once did I feel like the other employees working there weren’t willing to help her and I with any questions we had. Marissa really helped us get things together and like the other employees working there weren’t willing to help her and I with any questions we had. Marissa really helped us get things together and she made me feel very comfortable. Ralphina is such a sweet person as well, even going as far as to come in on her day off because she knew I’d had a bad experience with another dealer and wanted to make sure I got the car I wanted. She even sat out in my car with me to make sure all of my devices connected to the car and brought me a bottle of water before I left for my long drive home. You never think of sales people being thoughtful, but she is!! Lastly, she kept in touch with me to make sure I was able to work with Hyundai and get the car switched to my name so I could use the mobile app. I could tell she really cared and I wasn’t just a “sale” to her. Marissa Tomasella is hands down the KINDEST and most thoughtful salesperson I have ever had the pleasure of working with to purchase a vehicle. Well where do I start, buying a used vehicle for a decent price during this time can be near impossible. Finding one under book value even more impossible. After driving past it every day for those two months I decided it was time to stop in and see if we could work out a deal. Thats exactly what happened. When we picked it up he went over everything and even helped with securing the granddaughters car seat! After we took it home he also emailed us. From the showroom to the offices and the restrooms this place was nice and clean. I'm sure the area where the vehicles are worked on is clean also.
