Lied to by the financial office personnel. Discussed the issue with him multiple times-each time he told me it was non-refundable I got my money refunded with help from Toyota offices not at Ciocca. Specifically stated multiple times that I NEEDED AN AWD VEHICLE to get me safely to work in the winter.I was told the Avalon I got WAS AN AWD vehicle.I had an issue with a tire so I took it in to ALEXANDER TOYOTA in Selinsgrove-that's when I was told my car WAS NOT AN AWD.I was so flipping angry that CIOCCA sold me a FWD when I specifically told them I NEEDED AWD.I love the Avavlon but love isn't going to get me up snowy,unplowed,unpaved mountain roads this winter. Alexander Toyota and Sunbury Motors.Kia both said they were sorry that this happened to me.They both also offered trade in prices immediately. I find it sad that 2 businesses who were not at fault offered apologies and help immediately and I have heard absolutely nothing from the manager of Ciocca Toyota of Williamsport.I have placed 3 calls to him. First call the receptionist said he was away on training-she had enough manners to apologize and again she isn't at fault.The next 2 calls were voicemails left the same day on the managers service number. Awaiting answers! Seriously considering my next call to be to the BBB. More
