This is the third BMW I have purchased from Circle BMW. The entire dealership is very professional, friendly and honest. My salesperson Jim Hirsch was real pro. My family and daughter who I purchased the vehicle for all enjoyed his sense of humor and his demeanor. When we asked Jim to see some of the vehicles on the lot, it was extremely hot outside (around 96 degrees) and Jim was getting off soon. He was very patient and continued to show us a multitude of cars in the sweltering heat. A consummate professional and a credit to your dealership! I also had a brief meeting with Andrew Kim in finance, and he too was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. All in all, a great dealer experience. More

Rui Costa was great when I stopped unable to reattach a Mini Cooper headlight rim. He showed me how the clips which held it in place were broken. He sent me to Parts Dept where the item was actually IN STO Mini Cooper headlight rim. He showed me how the clips which held it in place were broken.
