This was our first time to Circle BMW in Eatontown NJ. Our decision to visit the dealership was based upon Great Customer Service reviews. We met with Ziggy Grzejka, what can I say, what a nice guy and his amazing Customer Service from the moment we walked in the door. We have never experienced this type of business in all our years of car buying and leasing. Our questions and concerns were answered honestly and our requests were honored. The process was painless and we were not aggravated with negotiating games. No one should have to dread going to buy a new car, this was amazing and we were so happy when we drove out of the dealership with our New car on the very same day.
